Hey students, have you ever questioned your salvation or wondered what the Holy Spirit’s role is in your life? Do you have a desire to grow your relationship with Christ but aren’t sure how? This four-week Foundations class is for you! Starting Jan. 24 during first service, these questions and more will be answered. All junior and senior high students are welcome to attend. Sign up at the Info Table.

GROWTH GROUPS

Do your New Year’s resolutions include getting to know people at church better, exploring God’s Word, or growing deeper in your relationship with God? Then your next step might be to get involved in a Growth Group. If you are interested in getting started, we invite you to sign up at the Info Table on Sunday, or contact Mike and Kara Haas: .

Q&A WITH PASTOR JOHN

As we consider offering a full-time paid position to our resident pastor, John Jou, we want to give the church an opportunity to get to know John, his story, his heart and his vision. Join us in the church office during the 9:30 or 11 a.m. service Jan. 31 for a Q & A session with Pastor John. The elders also will be sharing details of the proposed timeline to hire him. There will be a time for questions at the end of the meeting. All are invited to attend the Q & A sessions.

LUNCH WITH THE PASTORS

If you are new to The Sanctuary, make plans to join us for Lunch with the Pastors right after second service on Jan. 31. This is a great opportunity to learn more about our mission and vision, get to know Pastor Ronn and Pastor John and, of course, enjoy lunch together. Childcare will be provided. Sign up at the Info Table if you plan to attend.

ASH WEDNESDAY

Join us on the first day of Lent as we prepare ourselves for the Easter season ahead. We will be worshipping together at 7 p.m. Feb. 10. Childcare will be available for birth to preschool.

LOVED

For the last five years, The Sanctuary has had the privilege of bringing “Loved!,” a spa event, to our local domestic violence shelter. We are looking for people who love to paint nails, do make-up and offer hospitality, as well as licensed stylists, massage therapists and aestheticians. We are also looking for some volunteers who want to make a positive impact on the kids staying at the shelter by taking them to the local gym for some high energy games. We have limited volunteer slots so sign up early for this wonderful event 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Feb. 13.
