Get the insider scoop Oct. 21!
You won’t want to miss next weekend when we launch our two-year vision called, Together! As our church has grown and changed during the past 16 years, we believe God is calling us to come Together around a common vision of going deeper in our walk with Him, growing wider in our relationships with others in our church and community and reaching farther into the community and world.
Learn more about our vision, as well as the proposed improvements to our facility at a Progressive Dinner at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 21, followed by the launch of the Together sermon series on Oct. 22.
Those who attend the Progressive Dinner will get a first look at 3D video and images of the upgrades and changes we hope to make to our physical space to better use it to its full potential. Pastor Ronn will explain the heart behind Together and the direction God is leading us during the next two years. Please click here to sign up for the Progressive Dinner, which will include appetizers, dinner and dessert with presentations in different rooms of our facility. Limited childcare is available, with cheese pizza for dinner. Pastor Ronn will launch the Together sermon series at 9:30 and 11 a.m. Oct. 22.
TOGETHER BIBLE STUDIES
As we launch our two-year vision, we want to encourage every family in our church body to experience the heart of Together by walking through a Together Bible study. You can go through the study with your Growth Group, join a women’s Bible study or do the study with a friend or family member. Sign up at the Info Table if you would like to be part of a new group that will be meeting on Tuesday evenings to go through the Together study during the five-week series. Women’s Bible studies will be meeting Monday evenings and Wednesday mornings to do the study. The study guide will be available beginning Oct. 22 at the Info Table, on our web site and on The Sanctuary app. Stop by the Info Table to get more info on joining a group or women’s Bible study.
THE FIGHT CLUB
This fall, men will dive into a study, called, “Play the Man.” Somewhere along the way, our culture lost its definition of manhood, leaving generations of men and men-to-be confused about their roles, responsibilities, relationships, and the reason God made them men. The Fight Club meets 7:30 to 8:45 a.m. Oct. 21; Nov. 4, 18; Dec. 2, 16.
PASTOR APPRECIATION
October is Pastor Appreciation Month! We will be celebrating Pastor Ronn, Pastor John and their families with donuts after each service on Oct. 29. Please consider showing your appreciation to our awesome pastors by writing them a note or blessing them with a gift or gift card that day.
SURGE
Are you longing to connect with God through a time of deep worship and prayer? Join us the first Wednesday of each month at Surge, which is an extended worship service designed to help us step out of the busy pace of life and Revive, Regroup and Recharge. The next Surge is Nov. 1 at 7 p.m. We will have childcare for birth to fifth grade.
BAPTISM
If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and you would like to be baptized, plan to participate in one of our regular morning worship services at 9:30 and 11 a.m. Nov. 12. A baptism class will be offered during first service on Oct. 29 in the Green Room. Please sign up at the Info Table.
