Get connected in Group Life!

Our desire is to see each person at The Sanctuary connect with other believers to help them grow in their faith, develop meaningful relationship and form a community that can support them in life.

Growth Groups

Growth Groups are groups of 8 to 16 adults who get together once a week or every other week to grow in relationship with God and in relationship with others. Members come alongside each other to study and apply God’s word to their lives, have fun, serve others, eat good food and a whole lot more! Groups meet in area homes or at The Sanctuary.

The Fight Club

Our men’s ministry is called “The Fight Club: Men Fighting for Marriage, Family and Purity”. Men of The Sanctuary meet Saturday mornings for breakfast, Bible study, discussion and accountability. The Fight Club meets every other Saturday, from 7:30 to 8:45 a.m. in the Community Room.

Women’s Link

Women’s Link provides year-round opportunities for women of all ages and stages of life to connect and grow with other women in our church body. We host women’s Bible studies, a Christmas Tea, retreats, and other fun ways of going deeper with one another.

Our vision with Women’s Link is to help women connect to God and make connections with other women. We hope to do that in several ways.

Inspire, encourage, and motivate women to follow Christ.
Plan events throughout the year that will give women a chance to get to know a variety of women in our church body.
Support women in their spiritual gifts.
Disciple women in the faith.

COMING UP:

Whether you are a triathlon athlete or can barely make it up a flight of stairs, women of all ages and abilities will bond as they conquer team building activities in Lake Geneva, WI. Sign up to participate in this exciting afternoon which will take place from 1 to 4 p.m. April 28.

Alpha

Do you have questions about life and faith that you would like to discuss in a safe space? Would you like to have a better understanding of how to help people explore their faith? Would you like to find a place where you can bring friends and neighbors to explore their questions? If that’s you, you are invited to Alpha, starting at The Sanctuary in January. Alpha is a series of interactive sessions exploring the basics of the Christian faith, with groups running around the globe. The group will run for 10 weeks on Tuesday evenings, starting Jan. 23. Adult Electives

Do you want to learn more about specific topics as part of a group that meets on a short-term basis? Adult electives meet on Sunday mornings. Get to know other people with common interests while you study topics that will help you grow in your faith.

Renew

Our quest is to renew our lives through a relationship with God and others in ways that restores and redeems the individual, the family and ultimately, the community. Renew is a support and recovery group that meets at 6 p.m. Thursdays in the community room. Each evening begins with dinner, followed by worship, teaching and small group discussion.
