Start the new year with us on Jan. 1 as we come together at one service to dedicate 2017 to the Lord! Service will be at 10 a.m. with childcare from birth to preschool.

END OF YEAR GIVING
If you plan to make an end-of-year gift, the office will be open until 12 p.m. Dec. 30. You can give online through our web site or app until Dec. 31. RESET IN THE NEW YEAR
When it’s your computer or tablet or phone that gets stuck, hitting “reset” often does the trick. But what about your life? Wouldn’t it be nice to have a reset button to get things running smoothly again? Thankfully, the Bible gives some great advice on how to start again. Join us in January as we learn how to Reset our lives in the new year.

FAMILY CHAT
Come get details on the direction The Sanctuary is headed in 2017. Sanctuary leaders will talk about results of our 2016 church wide survey and give an update on vision for the new year at this Family Chat at 7 p.m. Jan. 29.

LUNCH WITH THE PASTORS
If you are new to The Sanctuary, make plans to join us for Lunch with the Pastors right after second service on Jan. 8. This is a great opportunity to learn more about our mission and vision, get to know Pastor Ronn and Pastor John and, of course, enjoy lunch together. Childcare will be provided. FUSION
Come find out what makes The Sanctuary unique. You will learn about the DNA of our church during this four-week group that meets at 11 a.m. Sundays, beginning Jan. 15. Get to know others who are new to The Sanctuary, meet ministry leaders and find out how to take the next step to get involved. Sign up at the Info Table.

ALPHA
Do you have questions about life and faith that you would like to discuss in a safe space? Would you like to have a better understanding of how to help people explore their faith? Would you like to find a place where you can bring friends and neighbors to explore their questions? If that’s you, you are invited to Alpha, starting at The Sanctuary in February. Alpha is a series of interactive sessions exploring the basics of the Christian faith, with groups running around the globe. The group will run for 10 weeks on Tuesday evenings starting Jan. 31.

There are a number of training opportunities coming up for those interested in being part of the team that hosts our first Alpha (or even interested in finding out more for your own Alpha sometime in the future). FIGHT CLUB

SURGE
Are you longing to connect with God through a time of deep worship and prayer? Join us the first Wednesday of each month at Surge, which is an extended worship service designed to help us step out of the busy pace of life and Revive, Regroup and Recharge. The next Surge is Feb. 1 at 7 p.m. We will have childcare for birth to fifth grade.

FOUNDATIONS 2.0
Is Jesus someone who is an active part of your everyday life? Or is Jesus someone you talk about once in a while who has no real impact? Come explore what it means to have Jesus be an active presence in your life. This four-week class is offered to students in 6th to 12th grade and begins Jan. 15 at 9:30 a.m. in the Community Room.

JUNIOR HIGH AND HIGH SCHOOL
Student Life is taking a break during the holidays. They will resume Jan. 9 from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Mark your calendars for the annual Student Life Lock In from 6:30 p.m. to 7 a.m. Dec. 30-31. Invite your friends for this action-packed, fun-filled night of games, food and worship! Be on the lookout for a snack sign-up via email as we get closer to the event date.

Don’t miss Winter X-Treme at Camp Timber-Lee in East Troy, Wisconsin. Junior High students will be going Jan. 13-15. High School students will be going Jan. 27-29.
