TRAPPED
Have you ever felt Trapped? Throughout human history, people have been trapped. Trapped by fear. Trapped by bitterness. Trapped by expectations or doubt. Despite our best efforts to escape on our own, we continue to fall into the same pit. There was one who came to rescue us from our despair. There is one who has already freed us from the traps that threaten to hold us. Because of his death 2,000 years ago, we can celebrate today. Because of Jesus, we are no longer TRAPPED! Join us on Sunday as we hear the second sermon in this series, “Trapped by Doubt”.
ARISE CELEBRATION
Make sure you don’t miss our ARISE Celebration service May 4! We exceeded our $1.9 million goal by giving $1,913,506 and have been blessed beyond measure in countless other ways. Praise God! Come and listen to members of our church body share stories of what God has done the past two years as we celebrate the Lord’s provision.
DONATIONS FOR HAITI
Each year, Mike and Stacey Veseling spearhead a trip to Haiti to serve at an orphanage and help with construction projects in the Port-au-Prince area. They also take with them much-needed supplies that are hard to obtain in Haiti. This year the trip is planned for June 18-25. We would like to support the Veselings by helping them with the extensive list of items they need to bring. If you can help by donating, please drop items at the Info Table or bring them to the church office during the week.
