On Sept. 25, we celebrated the first 10 years of changed lives at The Sanctuary. It was a full evening, remembering some of the great (and not so great) moments of the past decade. The evening included dinner, a time of worship and stories of how God has worked in people’s lives.
Our story is really your story. It’s a story of how God has been changing lives all along this 10-year journey. He has carried us through struggles and challenges. He has walked with us through joyful moments and celebration. Through it all, he has brought us together. And we are different as a church because of you and because of what God has done in your life.
The event was called Then. Now. for Eternity. We realize that’s a mixed-up acronym for the word TEN. But what God has done is straightforward, and that’s why we are Celebrating Changed Lives. He has been in control of the timeline of our church from the beginning. He has brought just the right people and just the right events at just the right time.
He changed lives Then.
He is changing lives Now.
And He is changing lives for Eternity.
As we celebrate our 10th Anniversary, we would love to hear your stories of how God has changed your life. The story of our church is really the story of the people who have walked through our doors. Everyone has a story, and we want to hear yours!
We interviewed 10 individuals/couples and asked them to share their thoughts about the church, as well as their stories of how God has worked in their lives. We showed portions of those interviews at church and at our celebration dinner.
Here are the links to the video trailers, the longer videos we played at the dinner and the individual stories.
