We are updating our church directory! If you would like to be included in the directory for the first time, or if you have updated information since our last directory, please fill out the form below.
It would be tremendously helpful if you could follow the examples below.
Your last name should be in ALL CAPS.
However, please turn OFF the all caps key for the other entries. If you are married, please enter the husband’s name in First Name 1 and the wife’s name in First Name 2.
Please include only phone numbers that you would like listed. If you are married, please make sure you enter the husband’s cell phone in Cell Phone 1 and the wife’s cell phone in Cell Phone 2.
We will publish the first name of children in the directory, but not the birthdays. The birthday are helpful to our KidsTown workers. We also recognize birthdays (without the year) and anniversaries in our Connection each week.
If your child will be turning 18 and would like to be listed under his/her own entry, he or she should fill out the form separately.
